We’re looking for an Intermediate Platform Engineer who’s been around the block a few times, who has a few tricky incidents under their belt, and still enjoys coming back for more. 😅
You’ll help shape and improve an internal developer platform, with a strong focus on reliability, security, performance and cost efficiency.
What you’ll be doing

• Help shape and evolve the internal developer platform
• Build, maintain and optimise AWS infrastructure
• Automate the boring stuff and streamline developer workflows
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Support and optimise AWS ECS Fargate
• Strengthen monitoring, observability and platform performance
• Build tools, guardrails and documentation that make developers’ lives easier
• Keep the platform reliable, scalable and secure
• Spot infrastructure risks and help put smart solutions in place
• Keep an eye on cloud usage and find opportunities to optimise costs
• Partner with developers and technical leaders to shape the future of the platform

What you’ll bring

• Strong software engineering, automation and operations experience
• Solid Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and core cloud services
• Terraform experience
• Experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Strong GitHub Actions experience
• Experience with monitoring, observability and performance tooling
• A good understanding of reliability, security and performance
• Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
