💻 What you'll be doing

• Designing, building and maintaining scalable Java applications.
• Developing and enhancing modern RESTful APIs.
• Working across cloud-based, business-critical SaaS systems.
• Collaborating closely with developers, Product and QA within an Agile environment.
• Contributing to secure, high-quality software development practices.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and continuously improving existing solutions.
• Sharing ideas and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the platform.

• Four or more years' experience developing enterprise or mission-critical applications.
• Strong Java development experience using Spring or Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with cloud platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to quality.
• A focus on secure software development.

• This is an office-based role in central Wellington, Monday to Friday.
