What you’ll be doing:
As the Change Manager, you’ll take ownership of the campaign and change calendar- planning, preparing and executing a range of key initiatives and events that drive engagement and impact. A core focus will see you champion AI and data-led ways of working, embedding everyday AI tools and approaches into planning, communications and stakeholder engagement. You’ll coordinate Google Cloud Platform enablement days, handling logistics, partnering with Google and ensuring alignment across business units. Alongside this, you’ll develop an enablement pack and practical change playbook to empower business-aligned Change Managers. You’ll also bring people together by organising monthly all-hands sessions, from shaping the agenda and curating speakers to crafting communications and managing follow-ups. Finally, you’ll lead the enhancement of the SharePoint environment, including creating new sites, redesigning the structure and managing access and permissions across internal and external audiences.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven Senior Change Manager experience, with a minimum of 5+ years, in fast-paced, outcome-driven environments- self-directed and proactive.
  • Strong experience AI and data literacy, with practical day-to-day use of AI tools for planning, insights and content creation.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end campaign and event management capability, including logistics, stakeholder coordination and delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online site creation, information architecture, governance and managing internal/external access.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) terminology and context, we well as experience coordinating vendor-led enablement or training.
  • Proven ability in creating clear, practical change artefacts, enablement packs, templates, playbooks and comms plans.
  • Excellent internal communications writer and organiser across newsletters, all-hands, slides and executive talking points.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple business units, vendors and senior leaders.
