What you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst min 5-6 years
- Prior experience with payroll or HRIS implementations is essential.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft is advantageous.
- Proven track record in similar roles within relevant sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to effectively prioritise business requirements, and available resources.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a complex industry.
