What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst min 5-6 years
• Prior experience with payroll or HRIS implementations is essential.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft is advantageous.
• Proven track record in similar roles within relevant sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to effectively prioritise business requirements, and available resources.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a complex industry.
