Regular collaboration with peer Tech Leads and QA staff will be essential to maintain system coherence and quality. What you’ll bring:
You're an experienced software engineer with over ten years in the field, adept in C++ and technical leadership. With a relevant degree or equivalent experience, your strong communication and interpersonal skills help build lasting relationships. Proficiency in agile environments and a penchant for continuous learning are keys to your success. Robotics and Linux experience are a plus, but your passion for technology and innovation is what sets you apart.

Essential Requirements

• A relevant four-year tertiary degree (e.g. Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science) OR compensating experience
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Software Engineering
• Proven experience working as a Technical Lead
• Strong C++ experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
