The opportunity:
This growing, listed tech vendor is in search of a Head of Delivery who will lead the creation of fit-for-purpose, predictable delivery strategy and orchestration business wide. The business has outgrown its current abilities and the opportunities in front of it throughout Australasia mean a dedicated leader to provide the overarching delivery leadership and control is needed very soon. The nature of the initiatives are wide-ranging including product development, integration, systems/platform/network supercharging and cyber and vendor engagement and control. Revenue has quintupled in the last 24 months and the technology is getting adopted throughout Australasia rapidly with global aspirations not far off.

The role breaks down into four core leadership components:
Delivery strategy: spearhead the design and implementation of delivery processes and systems, establish a tailored delivery model that ensures predictability and transparency
People leadership: craft, articulate and reinforce a clear delivery vision that will unite teams towards a common goal. Foster the growth and management of a new team and build cohesion with leaders and stakeholders within the business
Orchestration leadership: allocation of leadership initiatives and meticulous monitoring of quantitative and qualitative data sources to surface challenges and uncover issues that impede delivery. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and prompt decision-making
Applied tech knowledge: leverage your extensive tech expertise, applying practical insights to drive realistic, achievable, and necessary deliverables across various programmes of work and projects. Coach leaders and teams in business with pragmatic approaches with the contexts of challenges in delivery of their initiatives
