The opportunity

This is a senior engineering role for someone who wants to build, not maintain. You’ll join a product engineering team creating new AI-led marketing intelligence platforms from the ground up.

The work is exploratory, technical and hands-on. You’ll be building APIs, modules and interfaces that help research and insights teams turn large-scale data into useful intelligence.
There is plenty to shape here: architecture, delivery practices, quality, AI tooling and how the platform evolves.

The team already releases weekly and wants to move towards shipping on push. If you care about craft, autonomy and building software properly, this is a role where your standards will matter.

Company profile

You’ll be joining a product-led organisation working with large survey, category and insights datasets. The engineering team is small, collaborative and ambitious, with seven developers, two QAs and a team lead.

QA is embedded across the team, and there is active investment in improving regression, system integration and shift-left quality practices.

The role
* Build APIs, modules and user interfaces across a modern stack 
* Work with internal, external and anonymised aggregated data sources 
* Develop using the Microsoft Agentic Framework 
* Design prompts, tools, skills and quality gates 
* Contribute to an insights assistant, studio environment and platform integrations 
* Explore synthetic data applications as the product matures 
* Influence engineering culture, delivery practices and technical direction 

Your fit
* Senior full-stack engineering experience across .NET and React 
* Comfortable working with AWS and PostgreSQL 
* Practical experience with TDD and shift-left quality 
* Strong understanding of continuous delivery practices 
* Hands-on exposure to AI tooling or agentic frameworks 
* Able to work autonomously without needing heavy direction 
* Opinionated about good software, but collaborative in how you work
