About the role

This is a 2 month contract for an M365 / Cloud Engineer, based in Christchurch with an immediate start required.

This role would suit someone with strong Microsoft 365/Azure experience, or a Systems/Platform Engineer who has delivered solid technical work across Microsoft environments. You’ll be working across platform engineering, security and technical troubleshooting, with plenty of hands-on work.

Key focus
• Microsoft platform configuration and technical improvements
• Supporting security and platform hardening activities
• Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Working with technical teams to deliver practical solutions
• Supporting platform and infrastructure changes
• Documenting changes and supporting a smooth technical handover

What you’ll bring
• Strong Microsoft platform experience across M365 and/or Azure
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online
• PowerShell and/or infrastructure automation experience
• Exposure to Azure security and cloud technologies
• Experience delivering technical work across Microsoft environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and getting up to speed quickly
• Christchurch based and available for an immediate start
