Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing current-state reports, dashboards, and data warehouse environments
  • Managing data modelling, process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Publishing and supporting analytics services, reports, and dashboards
  • Providing trusted guidance on data governance and analytics best practice
  • Supporting data platform migration, UAT, and production transition
  • Advising internal teams on data strategy and technology alignment
  • Leading stakeholder engagements and facilitating workshops across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Mentoring less experienced Business Analysts
What you'll bring
You'll be an experienced data professional who is confident working across both technical delivery and business engagement. You'll enjoy solving complex problems, building relationships, and helping others understand the value of data-driven decision-making.

You'll bring:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI professional
  • Strong experience in data modelling, reporting, and analytics environments
  • Capability with enterprise transformation or complex change programmes
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data platforms, and analytics capability
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and facilitation skills
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, and migration support
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or data certification
  • Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities
Nice to have: AI or Databricks exposure Enterprise geodatabase or spatial data experience

On Offer & How to Apply
You'll be working in an environment where data capability has real operational value. This is a meaningful opportunity to influence how data is used across the organisation, while joining a collaborative team that values practical thinking, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
