Delivery Lead – End User Services | 6-Month Contract

Contract | Auckland | ASAP Start | Competitive Hourly Rate | MUST BE AUCKLAND BASED

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of critical End User Services as part of a major enterprise transformation programme.
This role will focus on ensuring the organisation is operational from Day 1, with responsibility for delivering key end user capabilities across Service Management, End User Computing and Microsoft technologies. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to ensure operational support processes are established and the transition is seamless for end users.

The Role
You'll lead the delivery of End User Services across multiple workstreams, ensuring operational readiness while coordinating technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders throughout the programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of End User Services across Service Management, End User Computing and Microsoft technologies.
  • Ensuring operational support processes are established and ready for Day 1 operations.
  • Coordinating Service Desk, ServiceNow, EUC and Microsoft workstreams to deliver a seamless transition.
  • Managing delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party vendors to minimise disruption to end users.
  • Driving governance, delivery reporting and programme updates.
  • Supporting business readiness, transition and operational handover activities.

About You
You'll be an experienced Delivery Lead or Programme Manager with a strong background delivering End User or Workplace Technology programmes within complex enterprise environments.

Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience delivering End User Services or Workplace Technology programmes.
  • Strong Service Management experience, including Service Desk and ServiceNow.
  • Solid End User Computing (EUC) delivery experience.
  • Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience, including Microsoft 365.
  • Experience establishing operational support models and ensuring Day 1 readiness.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
  • Strong programme planning, governance, risk and dependency management capability.
  • Previous experience delivering M&A integrations, organisational separation programmes or greenfield environments will be highly regarded.
