The Opportunity
This role will support a significant Workday implementation as part of a wider people, process, and technology transformation programme. You’ll be joining at an important stage, working closely with functional leads, subject matter experts, implementation partners, vendors, and project specialists to help shape practical solutions that support future business needs. Your focus will be on gathering and documenting requirements, supporting Workday solution and process design, and helping translate business needs into clear, useful artefacts. You’ll work across a broad stakeholder group to understand current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support successful delivery across data, testing, and business readiness activities.

This is well suited to a Business Analyst who can operate confidently in complex environments, build trusted relationships quickly, and bring structure and clarity to work that spans multiple teams.

Your Fit

• Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst across complex organisational programmes 
• Recent Workday implementation experience, ideally across Workday HCM 
• Familiarity with Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Performance, or Time Tracking 
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation capability 
• Experience supporting solution and process design with functional and technical teams 
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills across SMEs, vendors, project teams, and senior business users 
• Ability to support data, testing, change readiness, and business implementation activities 
• Experience with Job Architecture or Organisation Structure design would be advantageous
