About the role

Delivery Lead – SAP / ERP | 6-Month Contract

Contract | Auckland | ASAP Start | $140–$150/hr

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to lead the successful delivery of SAP/ERP initiatives across Finance and People workstreams as part of a major business transformation programme. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to ensure critical ERP changes are delivered successfully and the business is ready for go-live.

The Role
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of SAP/ERP initiatives, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of SAP/ERP initiatives across Finance and People workstreams
• Developing and managing delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
• Coordinating Business Analysts, Solution Architects, SAP technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders
• Driving delivery governance, status reporting and programme updates
• Supporting business readiness, change and transition activities
• Resolving delivery challenges and managing competing priorities
• Ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope and to a high quality standard

About You
You'll be an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong background delivering enterprise ERP programmes in complex environments.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP or ERP programmes
• Strong understanding of Finance and/or HR business processes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong planning, governance, risk and dependency management capability
• The ability to influence, make decisions and drive delivery outcomes in fast-paced environments
