The opportunity
This is a hands-on Product Analyst role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity. You’ll work within a product function, helping turn business problems, user needs and operational pain points into clear, build-ready work.
The focus is on improving the quality and readiness of product delivery. You’ll help ensure requirements are understood, workflows are mapped, acceptance criteria are clear, and stakeholders are aligned before work reaches development.

The role
You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Engineering, working across areas such as agent workflows, listing lifecycle processes, sales processing, ticketing, reporting, compliance workflows and website improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process maps
- Mapping current-state and future-state workflows, including exceptions and dependencies Working with Product and UX/UI to refine the backlog and align designs with requirements
- Preparing work so Engineering can estimate, plan and build with confidence
- Supporting refinement, delivery discussions, UAT, defect logging and release communications
- Maintaining clear documentation around workflows, decisions, requirements and released functionality
You’ll bring curiosity, structure and strong communication skills. You’re comfortable working with operational and technical teams, and you know how to ask the right questions to uncover the real problem behind a request.
You’ll likely have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Delivery Analyst, Associate Product Manager or similar
- Experience with digital products, internal systems, workflow tools or customer-facing web platforms
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, user story and acceptance criteria experience
- Confidence working with UX/UI designers and software development teams
- Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments, including backlog refinement and UAT
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Figma, Miro or similar
- Experience in property, marketplaces, financial services, SaaS, e-commerce, CRM, ticketing or workflow automation would be useful, but is not essential.
