About the role

Potentia is delighted to collaborate with Enable Networks, Christchurch’s fibre broadband provider, in the search for a remarkable Delivery Lead who will work across all areas of the business, driving delivery excellence and forging impactful collaborations. This role is pivotal as Enable enters a new phase, focusing on maximising value across the organisation and improving how initiatives are delivered. You’ll help turn this strategy into real‑world change. 

Enable connects people, businesses, and schools with a world-class fibre broadband network. This is a permanent role and requires candidates to be Christchurch-based. 

The Role 
As the Delivery Lead, you'll champion meaningful initiatives across Enable, ensuring timely, quality delivery while nurturing collaboration and mentoring stakeholders. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Leading various projects, including network upgrades, automation, strategic improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. 

• Fostering accountability and implementing agile frameworks throughout project delivery. 

• Mentoring teams in best practices, enhancing delivery maturity and collaboration. 

• Efficiently managing all facets of end-to-end delivery, including resources, risks, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption. 

• Facilitating stakeholder communication, ensuring inclusive and collaborative processes. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Proven project delivery experience in cross-functional environments. 

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement. 

• Understanding of change management principles and ability to influence. 

• Proven ability to drive effective project delivery within diverse teams. 

• Demonstrated success in managing and overseeing project budgets with a focus on outcome-driven results. 

• A collaborative and supportive mindset, valuing team success and collective achievements.
