This is a short-term contracting role for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform specialist to support a 6-week migration project based in Christchurch.
You will work on transitioning existing Nintex forms and workflows from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online, using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The work will focus on rebuilding and optimising existing business processes in a modern Microsoft 365 environment.
This role will suit someone who can quickly step into a delivery-focused environment and work independently to meet tight project timelines.
What you’ll be doing
- Rebuild existing Nintex forms using Microsoft Forms and Power Apps
- Replicate and improve workflows using Power Automate
- Support migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online
- Analyse existing business processes and translate them into modern solutions
- Work with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot and refine workflows during and after migration
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with M365 best practice
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience building forms and workflows in Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016
- Experience migrating or rebuilding Nintex workflows is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and deliver within short timeframes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Previous consulting or contract delivery experience is advantageous
- Short 6-week contract with immediate impact
