To support this, the business is hiring a Lead Product Manager.
Product Leadership
This role carries ownership of product outcomes.
You will define how product decisions are made, how customer insight informs the roadmap, and how priorities translate into delivery.
Working closely with leadership and engineering, you will ensure product direction and delivery remain aligned.  Use the latest product tooling and data to do this.
This role suits someone who enjoys operating close to the product while maintaining a clear view of outcomes.
The role breaks down into three core components:
Product Strategy
Define and drive the product roadmap.

Product Discovery
Stay close to customers and real-world usage.

Delivery Leadership
Own how product gets delivered, working with engineering and customers.
The fit
Do you want to lead and:

• own a product end-to-end
• work closely with engineering in a delivery-focused environment
• use your experience with SaaS or platform-based products
• apply AI to real product problems
• operate in smaller or lean teams

You are comfortable with ownership and working across both strategy and execution.
