About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Platform Lead to take ownership of an entire M365 ecosystem, from Teams and SharePoint to Power Platform and Copilot.

This isn't just a tech role. You'll be the strategic brain behind platform governance, the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, and the champion for AI-enabled productivity tools. What you'll be doing:

• Own the platform: Design, govern, and evolve the entire M365 environment, setting standards, managing configurations, and ensuring everything aligns with security, compliance, and business goals
• Drive AI adoption: Lead the safe, scalable rollout of AI-enabled tools like Copilot, working closely with Cyber Security and Records Management teams
• Deliver solutions: Translate stakeholder needs into practical M365 solutions, managing a prioritised improvement programme
• Build capability: Create and deliver training and adoption programmes that get people confident and productive with M365 tools
• Balance competing priorities: Set guardrails that balance usability with security, risk, and compliance requirements
• Stay ahead: Keep the platform evolving with business needs and Microsoft's roadmap

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience owning or governing an enterprise digital platform at a senior level, you've set standards and made the tough calls between usability and risk
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Experience with AI governance frameworks, you understand how to enable AI tools safely and responsibly
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build genuine partnerships
• A track record of delivering digital training and adoption programmes that stick
• Ability to map business processes and design solutions that solve real problems
