Senior AI Specialists | Computer Vision / Agentic AI

An organisation making a serious investment in advanced AI capability is hiring two Senior AI Specialists. These are two distinct opportunities: one focused on Computer Vision and the other on Agentic AI / internal models.

The common thread: building AI that is practical, adopted, and measurable. This team is focused on production delivery and long-term capability building, not experimentation for experimentation’s sake.


Opportunity 1: Senior AI Specialist : Computer Vision (Image / Video / Sensor)
You’ll lead the design and deployment of AI solutions using image, video and sensor data: delivering outcomes across operational automation, monitoring and quality.

You’ll likely work across:
* Detection, classification, segmentation and anomaly identification 
* Image analytics for monitoring, QA, asset intelligence and optimisation 
* End-to-end delivery: data approach, model development, deployment, and performance monitoring 
* Real-time inference and/or edge deployment patterns (where relevant)

Ideal experience:
* OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow 
* Object detection, segmentation, image analytics 
* Exposure to streaming, low-latency inference, or edge environments


Opportunity 2: Senior AI Specialist:  Agentic AI / Internal Models (Agents / Private LLM / Automation)
You’ll design and build intelligent internal AI systems that improve productivity and decision-making:  AI agents, internal copilots, secure private LLM solutions, and scalable model-driven tools.

You’ll likely work across:
* Agentic workflows (including tool use and orchestration) 
* RAG-style solutions and knowledge retrieval patterns 
* Prompting approaches, model evaluation, and reliability improvements 
* Enterprise security and governance considerations (data boundaries, access, auditability)

Ideal experience:
* LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph (or similar) 
* Multi-agent systems, orchestration and internal tooling 
* Security/governance awareness in enterprise environments


What you’ll bring (both opportunities)
* Strong software engineering foundation (ideally Python) 
* Commercial experience delivering AI / ML solutions 
* Proven ability to take concepts from prototype through to production 
* Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS or GCP) 
* Clear communication and a practical, outcomes-first mindset
