About the role
The opportunity:
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and keeping things running smoothly-while also getting stuck into improvement work. You’ll support users across multiple sites and functions, balancing day-to-day troubleshooting with proactive device rollouts, onboarding, and documentation. - Device deployment, user onboarding, and system training/guidance
- Maintaining documentation and contributing to the wider service desk function

- Driving continuous improvement and standardisation across IT systems
This will suit you if you bring:

- Experience with service desk operations and ITSM tools
- Strong Microsoft 365 + Windows support capability (modern workplace, identity, devices/apps)
- Clear communication and a calm, customer-first approach
