IT Systems Analyst (Service Management Platforms)
About the role
Why you’d like it:
- Build deep ServiceNow skills with real mentoring and a clear pathway
- Broad platform work: admin, config, scripting, integrations, releases
- Chance to bring more capability in-house

- Support to achieve ServiceNow CSA within the first year
The Opportunity:

- Support integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, APIs) with external systems
- Test, deploy, and promote changes across environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customisations
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into workable solutions
Your fit:
- Background in a support/dev/engineering role working with technical systems
- Solid JavaScript and JSON skills; comfortable learning platform-specific scripting
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and web/client-server concepts
- Experience consuming or building REST APIs (JSON payloads)
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Understanding of ITSM principles (and ideally ITIL-aligned thinking)
- Clear communicator who works well across technical and non-technical teams
- ServiceNow exposure is great, but not essential if fundamentals are strong
- Nice to have: SOAP, Postman/Chrome DevTools, AD/Azure AD (Entra ID), Agile/Scrum
