About the role

We’re partnering with a large, nationally significant organisation to secure a Senior Business Analyst with strong Health, Safety & Wellness (HSW) domain experience to support a major enterprise transformation programme.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in defining the future state of HSW systems, influencing investment decisions, and supporting the selection of a best-fit solution in a complex, regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā mahi ka mahia e koe
This is a strategic + hands-on BA role where you’ll operate across business, technical, and commercial domains.
You’ll be:

• Leading current-state and future-state analysis across HSW, wellness, occupational health, and case management
• Identifying pain points, risks, and opportunities, and shaping the case for change
• Supporting system selection activities, including RFI/RFP inputs and evaluation frameworks
• Engaging with vendors and supporting market engagement processes
• Navigating public sector / AoG procurement pathways
• Working closely with technical and security teams to assess integration and compliance
• Providing clear, evidence-based insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums

What We’re Looking For | Ngā pūkenga e rapu ana mātou
We’re keen to connect with senior BAs who can operate confidently in complex environments and bring both domain expertise and commercial awareness.
You’ll likely bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale or system selection initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Wellness, or Occupational Health domains
• Experience working within regulated or public sector environments
• Exposure to procurement processes (RFI/RFP, vendor engagement, evaluation)
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience working alongside enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors) is highly regarded
