About the role

Contract Details:

  • 4x hourly rate contracts, initially through to December 2026.
  • Location flexible, remote /office / hybrid.
  • $60-75/hr depending on experience.
Deliverables/Purpose:

You’ll provide day-to-day support for nationally used digital products, keeping them reliable, available, and working as expected for the people who depend on them. Alongside this, you will use your analytical abilities and engagement skills to assist continuous improvement; problem solve recurring issues, improve processes and create knowledge documentation.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, product teams, technical support, and customers to troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, ensure resolutions within agreed timeframes and deliver effective user support. There’s also a strong pathway for people who bring a compliance/assurance mindset - supporting customer onboarding processes, ensuring they meet requirements and use the tech confidently.

Your Fit:
  • Experience in technical/application support within an IT environment 
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills across complex issues 
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and cloud-based applications 
  • Strong incident management habits: logging, prioritising, resolving within SLAs 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: you can “follow your nose”, ask the right questions, and create clarity 
  • Process-driven, analytical mindset: you'll identify opportunity for enhancements, problem solve, document and build knowledge,
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement: proactive, collaborative and customer focused
  • Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry certifications (or equivalent experience)
  • Desirable if you bring:
  • SQL and data-related technologies 
  • Compliance assessments / assurance processes (especially in relation to onboarding) 
  • Scripting (Python, PowerShell) 
  • Data warehousing concepts/tools
