The opportunity:

This is a senior front-end engineering role suited to someone who takes pride in building high-quality, user-facing experiences and enjoys true ownership of delivery.
You’ll work across a portfolio of web and mobile-hybrid applications, delivering meaningful features end-to-end. Alongside hands-on development, you’ll help lift engineering standards through performance optimisation, testing practices, and pragmatic technical leadership.
You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, while working closely with product, design, QA, and backend teams. Strong communication is important, particularly when translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

The role:

• Build modern, responsive interfaces across portals, content platforms, and web/mobile applications
• Work across TypeScript-based stacks including React, Next.js, and Angular
• Contribute to front-end standards, patterns, and shared component libraries
• Drive performance improvements (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, SSR/SSG)
• Strengthen testing practices across unit, integration, end-to-end, and visual testing
• Support CI/CD quality through robust build, test, and release processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance and production issues
• Mentor developers through pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Your fit:

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks
• Proven delivery experience with React (experience with TanStack tools beneficial)
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR/SSG and SEO considerations
• Experience working with Angular in production environments (NgRx exposure preferred)
• Strong understanding of modern styling approaches (e.g. Tailwind, SCSS, component libraries)
• Familiarity with modern build tooling (Vite, npm, yarn or pnpm)
• A strong testing mindset and experience improving engineering quality
• Solid understanding of performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
• Clear, practical communication style
