Contract Details:
- 6-month hourly rate contract
- Late April – early May start
- Remote from within NZ (or hybrid in any main city if preferred)
This role will support a significant piece of work involving both technology and business change. You'll be joining at a crucial time and with tight delivery deadlines, required to hit the ground running in business analysis activities to support the end-to-end project lifecycle. Proactively engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, and producing quality outputs at pace will be all part of your day-to-day. This role requires someone who thrives in challenging, complex environments and navigates through ambiguity with an open-mind and capability to pivot as required to ensure project success.
Your Fit:
- Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, ambigious programmes of work.
- Demonstrable background across requirements elicitation, functional & non-functional, current/future state mapping.
- Advantageous if you bring experience in data mapping and understanding of integrations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to rapidly build trusted relationships.
- Ability to combine analytical depth with strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at working closely with technical teams, particularly in the software/application domain.
- Experience delivering outputs for technology-driven change.
- High level of documentation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant process mapping tools.
- Relevant certifications advantageous.
