Contract details
- Hourly‑rate contract
- Location: Onsite in Dunedin
- Focus: BAU Service Desk support
- Start: Immediate preferred (or up to 2 weeks’ notice)
- Logging, triaging, and resolving Level 1 incidents and service requests
- Supporting basic Level 2 troubleshooting or escalating effectively when required
- Providing support across Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments
- User account administration and basic Active Directory tasks
- Supporting end-user hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Delivering high-quality customer service to internal users
- Working collaboratively with wider IT teams to ensure smooth handovers and escalations
You’ll be providing onsite support to internal users and helping keep desktop services running seamlessly. This would suit someone who brings:
- Solid experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems.
- Practical experience with PC hardware and end-user devices
- Basic knowledge of firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Previous Service Desk or Desktop Support experience
