The Opportunity
This role sits within a technology team supporting a busy product and delivery pipeline in the finance domain. You’ll play a key role in bringing clarity to complex problems, shaping ideas, gathering and analysing requirements, and translating business needs into well-defined inputs for the delivery team.
You’ll work closely with developers, testers, and a range of stakeholders to improve both customer outcomes and internal processes. If you enjoy working in an agile environment, asking the right questions, and helping teams stay aligned from discovery through to delivery, this role will suit.
The Role
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for product and process changes
• Contribute to functional solution design and help shape options and trade-offs
• Support delivery teams with clear artefacts (user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Facilitate workshops and translate between business and technical audiences
• Work within an agile delivery environment and contribute to continuous improvement

Your Fit
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally across software or product delivery
• Comfortable working across the product or software development lifecycle in agile environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to challenge constructively and build trust
• Confident documentation skills across requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
• Finance sector experience helpful but not essential
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar)
