The Opportunity

This is a senior ERP Business Analyst role working closely with Finance and operational teams to improve ERP-enabled processes across the business. You’ll lead discovery workshops, translate business requirements into practical system outcomes, and support delivery from requirements through to testing and change.

The role suits someone comfortable bridging finance, operations, and systems, with the ability to confidently discuss concepts such as P&L, balance sheet, standard costing, and financial controls.

The Role

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping across finance and operations
• Provide functional ERP analysis and support across core business applications
• Work closely with Finance to ensure reporting, controls, and data integrity
• Identify improvement opportunities and define practical solution options
• Support testing, UAT coordination, and change impacts across stakeholders

Your Fit

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst working on ERP platforms
• Strong accounting knowledge (P&L, balance sheet, AR/AP, capex, depreciation, standard costing)
• Accounting qualification or recognised equivalent is required
• Experience within process manufacturing or complex product environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to challenge and clarify requirements
