The Opportunity:
This 12-month fixed-term role is about turning a heavily used HR platform into something simpler, cleaner and easier for people leaders to rely on. You’ll take ownership of prioritising what matters, shaping the delivery approach, and getting changes implemented, while building internal capability so the organisation isn’t dependent on you long term.
The Role
You’ll lead transformation across Oracle Cloud HCM and associated HR processes, including:
- Redesigning priority HR processes and aligning Oracle HCM configuration to fit
- Improving recruitment processes, including automation and overall system adoption
- Driving down the Oracle HCM backlog through tight prioritisation and decision making
- Uplifting manager self-service capability
- Coordinating delivery across HR, IT and vendors; setting standards, controls and documentation
- Improving data quality and advising on longer-term HR systems capability and resourcing
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and/or transformation in a complex organisation
- Solid HR process knowledge, and the ability to translate that into practical system design choices
- A track record of delivering change at pace and bringing people along with you
- Ability to build internal capability
- Great communication across technical and non-technical audiences
