IT Systems Administrator (Level 2) – Permanent (Auckland)

• This role is focused on structured operational delivery rather than project architecture ownership.

• Location: Auckland office
• Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
• Occasional travel may be required

• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and endpoint environments
• Experience managing patching, configuration, and monitoring in a BAU setting
• Confidence resolving escalated Level 2 incidents with structured troubleshooting
• Experience working within formal change processes and controlled environments
• Strong written documentation and ticket discipline
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Nice to have: exposure to ISO-aligned, compliance-heavy, or security-conscious environments
