- You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping users get back up and running quickly and confidently. This includes logging, categorising and resolving Level 1 incidents and requests, triaging and escalating where required, and maintaining accurate ticket notes and evidence.
- You’ll support joiner, mover, leaver processes and help maintain reliable office and meeting room technology.
- This role focuses on strong service fundamentals, clear communication, and disciplined ticket management rather than deep engineering.
- 12-month Fixed Term Contract (employee role)
- Location: Auckland office
- Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Experience in a service desk or Level 1 IT support role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows endpoints
- Confidence using ticketing systems and following structured workflows
- Strong customer service mindset and clear written communication
- Comfortable supporting onboarding/offboarding and day-to-day workplace tech
- Nice to have: exposure to ITIL, compliance-conscious environments, or relevant IT certifications
