PGW has recently refreshed its Technology Strategy and Investment Roadmap, building on the progress already made in modernising its technology foundations. These roles will strengthen how PGW delivers for its people and customers, and ensure technology remains tightly aligned to the overall business strategy.
Senior technology leaders will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology at PGW. This is an opportunity to help set strategic direction, mature the operating model, lift critical capability, and drive sustainable, enterprise-wide digital engagement. About the role
We are seeking a senior Group Engagement, Insights & Innovation Manager to lead business engagement, innovation and data-led decision making across PGW. This role is central to accelerating digital transformation, embedding innovation, and ensuring data is leveraged as a strategic asset.
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will lead PGW’s engagement, information and innovation capability, acting as the key interface between business needs and technology delivery. You will champion the adoption of automation and emerging technologies, oversee enterprise information and data strategy, and ensure innovation initiatives deliver clear, measurable business value.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning business engagement, solution design, analytics, automation and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead PGW’s business engagement, information and innovation strategy
- Drive adoption of automation and emerging technologies across the business
- Own PGW’s enterprise data and information strategy and governance
- Ensure innovation initiatives deliver measurable, transparent business outcomes
- Embed data driven decision making across PGW
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with business leaders and Group Technology peers
- Champion innovation, change and adoption across One PGW
- Lead, develop and mentor a high performing, multidisciplinary team
You are a senior leader who combines strategic thinking, an innovation mindset and practical delivery experience. You are comfortable operating at executive level, shaping strategy and influencing across complex, matrixed organisations.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience leading engagement, innovation, data or insights focused teams
- A strong background in enterprise information, analytics and/or data strategy
- Proven experience driving automation, innovation or digital enablement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption and change
- A pragmatic, value driven approach to innovation, with a focus on measurable outcomes
