The Opportunity
This is a senior platform role for someone who enjoys setting direction, creating sensible guardrails, and helping people get real value from Microsoft 365. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of the M365 environment - balancing usability, security, and risk - while guiding the organisation through modern collaboration and AI-enabled tooling.
The work is a mix of platform stewardship (standards, lifecycle, continuous improvement) and partnering with the business to translate needs into practical, scalable M365 solutions. If you’re at your best when you’re simplifying complexity, influencing stakeholders, and lifting adoption - not just configuring tech - this will feel like a strong fit.

The Role
- Own the design, configuration, governance, and lifecycle of Microsoft 365
- Define platform standards, patterns, and guardrails across the suite
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and shape workable solutions
- Lead the approach to safe, scalable adoption of AI-enabled M365 tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Build and deliver capability uplift (training, guidance, adoption programmes)
- Maintain a continuous improvement plan and provide clear reporting/visibility
- Work closely with cyber security, records/information protection, and change stakeholders
Your Fit
- Senior experience owning/governing an enterprise digital platform or product
- Strong hands-on and practical knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform
- Experience creating or applying governance frameworks (incl. risk and guardrails)
- Comfortable navigating information protection and records management expectations
- Proven track record delivering adoption, training, and enablement at scale
- Confident communicator who can bring non-technical audiences along with you
- Comfortable operating across ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
