• Location: Flexible - Dunedin, Christchurch or remote for the right person

Deliverables / Purpose

The Project Coordinator will support multiple Project Managers delivering on rapid discovery work, by keeping the day-to-day running smoothly and ensuring the right people are in the right places at the right times. This is an evolving, ambiguous, changing environment - both roles will need to be at ease in juggling shifting priorities and keep communication crisp. The Project Coordinator will be delivering on general coordination activities as the operational glue keeping multiple initiatives moving at pace and the Project Manager will be driving momentum.

The skills and experience we need you to bring

• 5+ years demonstrable experience in a similar role in digital projects, alongside relevant tools, methodologies and frameworks
• Passionate about early stage work, rather than delivery: this will be rapid high-level discovery
• Highly organised with strong written communication and documentation habits
• Comfortable navigating high ambiguity, context-switching and adapting to shifting priorities at pace
• Outcomes focused, content with 'imperfect'
• 'Get it done' mindset with good judgement and resilience
• Public sector experience beneficial but not essential
