About the role

Contract Details:

• 6-month hourly rate contract, with potential to extend.
• January-February 2026 start.
• Dunedin based position only.

Deliverables/Purpose:

This role will support a significant programme of work, engaging with key stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to conduct current/future state analysis. You will be responsible for facilitating workshops and producing high-quality process maps and relevant documentation.

Your Fit:

• Minimum 5+ years Business/Process Analyst experience in large-scale complex, ambigious programmes of work.
• Demonstrable background across current/future state analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to rapidly build trusted relationships.
• Ability to combine analytical depth with strong facilitation and problem solving skills.
• Experience delivering outputs for technology-driven projects.
• High level of documentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant process mapping tools.
• Relevant certifications advantageous.
