The role

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices and software
• Administer hosted and on‑premises backup technologies
• Deliver and support cloud services
• Maintain network technologies across switching, routing, and security
• Build and support servers, storage, and virtualisation platforms
• Produce client documentation and scopes of work
• Assist pre‑sales: site surveys, solution scoping, technical input
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships
