The Opportunity

Help embed a data-driven way of working across core business functions. You’ll turn complex data into clear, timely insights that guide planning and performance. This role lifts reporting maturity, enables self-service, and improves speed-to-insight through robust data modelling and automation. You’ll lead the build and optimisation of Power BI assets, strengthen data governance, and develop forecasting and scenario models that support decision-making at pace.

The Role

* Prepare, analyse, and interpret data from internal, partner, and external sources
* Translate insights into clear narratives and practical recommendations
* Design scalable data models and automate repeatable processes
* Build and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards for self-service
* Steward core data: quality, definitions, documentation, and standards
* Develop forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity models for planning and performance
* Support reporting, variance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Uplift data literacy and coach teams to use data confidently

Your Fit

* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
* 5+ years’ experience in BI/data analysis
* Strong Power BI (DAX/Power Query) and advanced Excel; SQL useful
* Analytical, detail-focused, and delivery-driven
* Clear communicator and collaborative stakeholder partner
* Curious about automation; exposure to ML/AI in analytics is a plus
