The role:

• Lead React + TypeScript architecture for complex, data-heavy workflows
• Own the design system: Storybook library, tokens, theming, accessibility, and versioned packages
• Partner with Product and Design to shape scope, user journeys, and UX patterns in Figma
• Uplift developer experience: Chromatic visual regression, Cypress suites, CI/CD health
• Drive performance: Core Web Vitals, code-splitting, lazy loading, profiling
• Author clear ADRs, sequence diagrams, and standards; mentor through pairing and reviews
• Use AI tooling (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, CodeRabbit) responsibly to accelerate delivery

Your fit:

• Senior frontend engineer with strong product design/UX sensibility and systems thinking
• Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern state management patterns
• Proven design system contributions (Storybook, Figma), accessibility, and testing (Cypress, Vitest/Jest)
• Comfortable with Vite, ESLint/Prettier, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD workflows
• Excellent communicator; clear docs, diagrams, and constructive feedback
• Nice-to-have: Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL and ORMs (SQLAlchemy/SQLModel), GCP (Cloud Run/Cloud SQL), Auth0/Okta, ML/AI integration
