About the role
This is a senior, hands-on Data Engineer role within a values-led data consultancy, focused on high-quality delivery across complex client projects. You’ll play a key role in designing and building scalable, repeatable data solutions, while helping lift delivery standards and efficiency across the wider team. This role would also suit a solid intermediate looking to take the next step in their data engineering career. 

What you’ll be doing!

• Building and delivering data engineering solutions across client environments
• Designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines that actually hold up in production
• Developing and optimising cloud data platforms using Azure, Snowflake, and Python
• Focusing on delivery efficiency and practical outcomes, not technical rabbit holes
• Supporting and lifting delivery standards across the wider engineering team
• Using automation, AI, and modern tooling to work smarter and increase output

What we’re looking for!

• Strong data engineering experience
• Hands-on experience delivering data platforms in Azure
• Solid Snowflake and Python experience
• Strong ETL/ELT foundations and good engineering judgement
• Consulting experience or comfort working across multiple client projects
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
