Location: Blenheim (2 days on-site/week)

Deliverables/Purpose
You’ll be the operational backbone for a regional pilot and subsequent desktop rollout project. Your focus will be keeping scheduling, reporting, documentation, and dependencies tightly managed across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, site visits, and stakeholder updates across the region.
- Maintain RAID logs, actions, decisions, and core project documentation.
- Support governance and reporting by consolidating status across discovery, packaging, testing, and deployment streams.
- Track deliverables and dependencies, highlighting risks and ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Build trust quickly with busy stakeholders and capture complete information within short windows.
- Proven experience as a Project/Programme Coordinator
- Strong scheduling, RAID management, documentation, and status reporting skills.
- Experience supporting multi-stream programmes or technology rollouts
- Comfortable with ambiguity; agility to pivot to changing priorities.
- Confident communicator who instils trust quickly and gathers the right information fast.
- Workshop coordination and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
