Deliverables/Purpose
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery and analysis for a desktop rollout project. You’ll map current/future states, translate needs into actionable artefacts, and keep delivery aligned across packaging, testing, deployment, and change. Success looks like fast trust-building with busy users, surfacing risks early, and driving clear, pragmatic outcomes in an environment with limited structure.

• Lead current-state mapping, requirements gathering, future-state design.
• Analyse user journeys across applications, devices, and workflows.
• Translate needs into high-quality documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with discovery, packaging, testing, deployment, and change teams to align outcomes.
• Identify issues/risks early and keep leadership informed.
• Operate confidently in ambiguity; build trust fast and gather complete info in short windows.

Skills & Experience

• Senior Business Analysis experience in large-scale transformation.
• Proven process/workflow mapping across operational and corporate functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement; confident with frontline and busy user groups - able to build trust quickly and maximise value.
• Experience with desktop/device/application change programmes is advantageous.
• Clear, structured documentation; evidence-based analysis.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, agility to pivot to changing priorities.
