About the role

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Technician to join a busy and supportive IT team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for delivering responsive, professional and friendly support across a range of technologies. No two days are the same. You will work on everything from quick fixes through to more complex issues that need escalation. This role suits someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing

  • Responding to incoming service desk queries
  • Monitoring and actioning alerts through the ticketing system
  • Troubleshooting technical issues across desktops, networks and Microsoft technologies
  • Escalating issues to senior team members when required
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships

What we are looking for
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting IT systems in a business environment
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • A proactive attitude and the drive to achieve great outcomes
