The Opportunity:

You’ll own the investor-facing front end and help refine internal tooling, partnering closely with a seasoned backend lead and the business leaders. NZ-based fintech product team with a flat structure, experienced directors/advisors, and a clear plan. Collaborative, pragmatic, and focused on delivering value to customers across private markets investing.

The Role:

• Lead UX/UI implementation for investor-facing web and internal tools
• Build with Laravel, React (Mantine), Tailwind, MySQL, Docker, AWS (Lambda)
• Collaborate with a backend lead; contribute to APIs and architecture
• Translate business goals into pragmatic technical solutions and roadmaps
• Improve accessibility, performance, testing, CI/CD and code quality

Your Fit:

• 5+ years’ full-stack experience in product/SaaS
• Strong PHP/Laravel; solid React (or similar) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven eye for design; hands-on UX/UI delivery
• MySQL, Docker, AWS familiarity; CI/CD and testing experience
• Excellent communicator with non-technical stakeholders
