This role is about supporting the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of the Customer Engagement platform. You’ll help translate business requirements into practical configurations, support users through training and troubleshooting, and contribute to platform enhancements that improve efficiency, data quality, and usability. Working alongside business and technical teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring the CRM continues to evolve in line with business needs.
The Role
- Maintain and enhance D365 CE platform functionality and performance
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and user roles
- Support data quality, security, and compliance standards
- Provide user training, documentation, and day-to-day support
- Assist with small system improvements and integrations
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on enhancement projects
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and support
- Understanding of CRM workflows, forms, and standard capabilities
- Familiar with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Awareness of data governance and system security
- Good communicator who enjoys helping users and solving problems
- Keen to learn, detail-oriented, and collaborative
