Senior PMO Lead
About the role
We’re after an experienced PMO Lead who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving programme. You’ll oversee reporting, governance, and planning across multiple workstreams, helping ensure the programme delivers to plan and stays aligned with its strategic goals.
What you’ll do:
- Lead PMO functions including governance reporting, scheduling, and change control
- Maintain programme plans, risk and issue logs, and budget tracking
- Provide secretariat support for key governance groups
- Coach and mentor team members on PMO best practice
- 5+ years’ experience leading PMO or programme support in complex environments
- Great organisational and relationship skills, able to keep things moving
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Experience in public sector transformation or large ERP programmes is a bonus
