The opportunity:
Join an internal IT team supporting a busy organisation in Queenstown. You’ll be the go-to for service desk and desktop support while owning identity administration and automation using Microsoft 365, Azure Identity/Active Directory (including Adaxes), and Power Automate. You’ll troubleshoot issues across networks, Windows, servers, and enterprise apps, and support API-led integrations (including Azure APIM/custom connectors).
This role blends customer-facing support with behind-the-scenes system improvements. Some out-of-hours work, occasional travel, and participation in an on-call roster (including some weekends) are part of the rhythm.

The role:
- Resolve Level 1–2 support requests; escalate when needed
- Administer users, access, and authentication (AD/Entra ID, Adaxes)
- Support and improve Power Automate workflows and HR app integrations
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows endpoints, servers, and core apps
- Troubleshoot networking, security, and cloud services (M365/Azure)
- Proven experience in a comparable IT support role
- Strong with M365, Azure Identity/Active Directory, and Power Automate
- Comfortable with API concepts, Azure APIM, and custom connectors
- Solid grasp of Windows, networking fundamentals; VMware/Citrix and Veeam a plus
- Clear communicator with a customer-first approach and attention to detail
- Valid NZ driver’s licence; able to join on-call roster and work after-hours when required
