- 5-month hourly rate contract.
- ASAP start available, 2-weeks notice max.
- Dunedin based position on-site.
Our client is looking for an additional Service Desk Analyst to join their busy support team. You will handle any initial IT service requests, troubleshoot level 1 technical issues, escalate tickets as necessary, manage software, and maintain devices to ensure the company's technology operations run smoothly. This will be mainly BAU work, however there are projects underway you may be able to get involved in.
Your Fit
You will be a customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst, who enjoys providing top tier support to end users.
- Demonstrable background in a similar role, within busy environments.
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to follow processes.
- Excellent customer engagement skills.
- MS stack, O365, Azure, Exchange, Intune.
- Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with relevant ticketing manegement systems.
