We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to join a collaborative team and turn data into stories that drive smarter marketing decisions. You’ll dive into campaign performance, customer behaviour, and channel data while building dashboards and reports that make insights clear and actionable.
This role suits someone who enjoys both the numbers and the narrative, using BI tools to translate marketing data into recommendations that shape campaigns, strategies, and customer engagement.
What you’ll be doing
- Analysing campaign performance, customer journeys, and marketing funnels to uncover insights
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI and other BI tools
- Working with marketing teams to track ROI and optimise spend across digital channels
- Supporting data-driven decisions for segmentation, retention, and channel strategy
- Combining marketing and technical skills to deliver accurate, accessible reporting
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing data and performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI/reporting tools) and SQL
- Comfortable working with data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, Bright Pattern, or Monday.com
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Curious, proactive, and always looking for new ways to measure and improve outcomes
- Direct influence on marketing strategy through actionable insights
