We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a Christchurch-based team, working on a large-scale online platform with a wide user base. You’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical delivery, analysing requirements, supporting integrations across multiple systems, and ensuring the platform evolves to meet changing demands.
What you’ll be doing
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across both IT and the wider business
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Mapping processes and translating them into data flows, system requirements, and user journeys
- Working with APIs, third-party tools, and platforms to support integrations and improvements
- Collaborating with developers, product owners, and global vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
- Producing clear documentation and insights to guide enhancements and decision-making
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Understanding of APIs, data structures, and systems integration
- Exposure to tools and platforms such as CRMs, booking engines, analytics platforms, or similar
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
- A proactive, curious mindset with a drive for continuous learning
