Deliverables/Purpose
You'll be the central figure bringing clarity and momentum to the team's delivery. Your mission is to ensure the HRIS & Payroll solutions deliver real value for customers. You'll establish transparent roadmaps, maintain the backlog as the single source of truth, and guide stakeholders through competing priorities while keeping everyone focused on what truly matters.

The Skills and Experience We Need You To Bring
- Product Owner experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Workday or broader HRIS/Payroll system knowledge (essential)
- Strong backlog management – Epics, Features, Stories that actually make sense
- Proven ability to balance competing stakeholder needs pragmatically
- Experience working with vendors and integrating external deliverables
- Clear understanding of Product Owner vs Scrum Master roles and boundaries
- Track record of bringing clarity to dynamic, evolving requirements
