You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while building leadership skills through mentoring and team development. With regular regional travel and a supportive team environment, this position offers variety, professional growth, and the satisfaction of keeping essential services running through reliable technology.

This established group operates across multiple sites in New Zealand’s central region and has built a strong reputation for both service delivery and staff development. Known for their supportive, collaborative culture, they value expertise, reliability, and human-centred approaches to both operations and technology. Currently expanding their services and geographic footprint, they’re investing in IT capability to match their growth.

The Role:

• Deliver hands-on technical support for Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices
• Provide on-site support through regular regional travel
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT asset inventory

• Organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Natural mentoring ability and interest in team development
• Comfortable with regional travel and supporting varied work environments
• ITIL experience or certification preferred
• Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent practical experience
